Because your brain is telling your body that you are almost there and instinctively you are relaxing some of the bowel muscles....just not the last "door"...you are trying to keep it closed but the mob is now pushing on the castle gates.
If it is painful, you need a stool softener or you have a 'roid or a fisher tear in your rectum....go to a doc
