WHAT IS THIS?? im scared!!?!
Question: I woke up earlier today and i was changing my pad & i had some pain down there..so i touched it and it hurt bad!! so i took a shower and after i got out i was looking in my mirror to see what it was...and its on each side of my middle & lower vagina lips in between my butt hole (sorry) & it hurts to touch it, sit down, or walk!..i dont see any sores, bumps, cuts, etc. i have a cold sore on the outside of my mouth..could i of spread it? it looks like a really red rash & hurts to touch it. i havent had sex in over a year..and i checked and i was clean......im so scared...what could this be??

Does it also itch a little?
You may have a yeast infection. I know they make me raw and painful as h#!!. It's not uncommon to get them while you're menstruating -- blood is good food, when it comes right down to it, especially for microorganisms.
You might try using some yeast medication cream; or you could go to the doctor so they could tell for sure.
