What's the best tea for detoxing or getting rid of antioxidants?!

Question: i.e. Green tea? White tea? Earl grey? .... etc.

Answers: i.e. Green tea? White tea? Earl grey? .... etc.

Green Tea.

The term "antioxidant" means to get rid of the free radicals in your body. Toxins are the what leaves the body susceptible to cancer, heart disease, and many other degenerative diseases. Green tea, unlike Black or Oolong tea is not chemically altered during fermentation, so contains the highest amounts of polyphenols - which are natural antioxidants and disease fighters found in certain fruits and vegetables.

Other benefits of green tea are lowering your blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and fighting against cancer.

Also, it has been said that green tea can help control your weight, and clear your skin.

Plus it tastes really good in my opinion. Hope that helps. ^^

You want to get rid of antioxidants? They're good for your heart. The best stuff to drink, anyway, is green tea, white tea, pomegranate juice, etc

Any Green Tea also Earl Grey makes a green tea or you could choose to drink two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water 2 or 3 times a day.

tea is chock full of antioxidants, hence it doesn't get rid of them.

The best way to detox is plenty of water, exercise, and let your liver do it's job. There is no supplement, drug, or anything else which helps you "detox".

yes, i think green tea is the way to go!
