Habbit- help - need to get rid of it.?!

Question: I bite my nails so I can never get my nails done.

Yester day I went to the hair dresser and she asked me If I ever get my nails done, I said no , I was affraid she would ask to see my nails.

Is there a way that I can stop this bad habbit

there is definatly a way
you might want to consider putting pepper maybe on your nails so when you bite them they dont taste good
it works trust me
when i was younger i sucked my thumb so my mom did that to me and it worked
