I'm sick.. What should I do?!

Question: For the past three days I've had a couple of things:
- Vomiting.
- Strep Throat.
- Diziness.

Can anybody help me and tell me what to do? Thanks. I feel like crap right now.

Strep throat can cause the vomiting. This used to happen to my son. The dizziness could be from the vomiting. If you haven't already, go to the DR. Strep can not be cured by anything but antibiotics.
