sounds like an infection of the gut, go and see your doc and ask him/her.its not awful its life dont worry its might be just a 24 hour bug.in the mean time drink loads of water.remember what you ate and see if it cant be linked with that. hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like food poisoning. If it gets worse, or doesn't get better in a day go see your Dr.

Take Peptol Bismol.

If this happens often, it probably because of what you're eating. So best to do is watch what you eat.

If it gets worse, see a doctor.

You need to drink plenty of water to keep you re-hydrated....'Dioralite' is better as it contains essential salts etc which you are not absorbing through your intestines.
It sounds like you may have enteritis caused by food poisoning...your gut is trying to get rid of the germ ASAP. The Immodium should help and this should clear up by tomorrow. Don't worry, we all get it.

The best thing for you to do would be to see your doctor as this is not right. It sounds like you might have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), but as I'm not a doctor I can't really say, just make an appointment and you can start on the road to recovery.

I have similar problems from time to time. Its probably your diet. See a dietician, your doctor can refer you.

That's your body trying to clear out EVERYTHING from your stomach. Since you have no pain, it more than likely wont last much longer. Don't take anything else for now because that might actually upset your stomach more. Eat something light (soup, crackers, iced water), and if it continues until tomorrow morning, consider seeking medical help. Sounds like it's minor stomach flu symptoms or possibly food poisoning.

If I were you I wouldn't take imodium. Let nature have it's way here. It's trying to cleanse your intestines. Take a day or two off work and drink lots of clear fluids only. Be ultra careful about cleanliness just in case it's infectious,
If you still have the runs in a day or two go to your GP or if you begin to feel worse.
Imodium will only slow down the departure of whatever your body is trying to expel. It's probably tainted food or a stomach virus that caused you problems. Hope you feel better soon, you can add electrolyte solutions to any drink, they are available from the chemist.

you have the lurgy sweetie................... basically a bug! You need to go home and rest and let nature take its course!

i agree with our anwers, your tummy is distrubbed with some unhygenic or bad food,
take ORS now or take lukewarm water and mix some salt and sugar in it and dring twice (half glass) this prevents you from becoming week.
take lite diet today,
take tea without milk added in it take twice or thrice as comfortable you feel,
take rest for a day or two, you will be fine,
