I have 10 mg of adderall, how long should this last me.?!


Question: morning I take my dose of vyvanse. later I take 10-20mg of adderall. the problem is the vyvanse makes me crash then the adderall is to help with that. It does , but within 1 hour the crash is back and I feel like going to sleep and unproductive. Does anyone else have this problem. I need to be able to preform my job otherwise I may be noticed and face the consequences.
