How do i stop myself of yawning so much?!

Question: I don't know what the reason is but I yawn so much, when I'm reading, typing, writing, watching tv, or just standing.. of course it's not like 24/7 but It's like every few hours.. and I yawn so much like every 2 minutes that my eyes get all wet and then tears come down, people ask me sometimes if I'm crying lol but it's all cuz of the Yawn... I have asked my friends what it could be ... they have asked me if I sleep well or if I dont eat well.. but I actually do, I even think I got to bed pretty early.. what else could it be?

Maybe you're anemic. Your body yawns because it wants more oxygen......maybe your body thinks it isn't getting enough oxygen because you're anemic. You should ask your DR about it. In the meantime, try to make sure you're getting enough iron in your diet -- that might help. Good luck!

Get more sleep. And get a more exciting life - yours sounds painfully boring.

YAwning is a body's reaction to lack of oxigen.
You do so also in an overcrowded bus, train, unventilated places. Well also boredom plays role (yawning when reading, studying).
Open the windows for half an hour before you stay in the room. Good walk in fresh air helps to reduce it too.

You need to sleep more.

Get more and better sleep. People Yawn because of lack of oxygen to the brain. Maybe there is something wrong with you that is causing your brain to not get enough oxygen. Maybe check with a doctor to make sure there is nothing more serious.
