Is it ok for your body to exercise right or soon after eating dinner?!

Question: When you eat, the majority of your blood supply travel down to your digestive system to start collecting nutrients which depletes the amount of oxygen your cardiovascular system recieves, but good news...going on a nice mile or two walk after eating helps your body metabolism increase and absorb less fat from those foods you eat.

It's not necessarily BAD for you, but you'll probably get stomach cramps. and it's almost no help because you don't lose weight if you excersize right after a meal because your body is in "energy saving mode."

Yes! In fact, it helps you digest your food, and so you don't feel that, 'fat/full feeling' as long. I know, I try and challenge myself to do this... I eat, and especially if it's a bigger meal, I try and make myself walk, or get on the exercise machine I have in my house.
I know some experts advise not to exercise after you eat, but I've also heard of a lot suggesting it, as it helps to make you feel better, not becoming as 'fat' as you might be if you don't exercise.
