I never had bad acne, but it seemed to work for me. Rubbing alcohol and toothpaste have a drying effect. Supposedly Windex works too. If any of these work for you they'll save you a fortune on acne treatment.
Yes, it has some stuff in it like behoxildie peroxide, it's not really called that but it works well to dry up zits. Just use normal toothpaste, whitening and other toothpastes don't work right
