Get plenty of rest, drink lots of clear fluids, take some Tylenol or Advil, and call in sick. It sounds like you have a common cold. There is nothing a doctor can do for it except maybe get you a prescription for an expectoant to help with the chest congestion, but you can take Tylenol Cold and Sinus or Robitussin and they do basically the same thing.
Like I said the most important things are to get rest and keep hydrated.
See a doctor!
get well!
go to the chemist and get some meds??
