I've now got a 3rd cold in the space of 4 months. I normally only get 1 or 2!
Question: Went to Docs but he wouldn't prescribe anything. The last 2 Colds i had lasted 3 weeks. I take Iron and Vitamin Tablets daily. I'm just concerned why i'm getting so many colds in a short time.

not to sure why especially if ur doctor woulnt give u anything, it sounds like to me that ur just really amune to catching colds ect, u say ur taking vitamin tablets ect which are good but maybe you should go to a drug store and see if they'v got anything to boost ur amune system...also do u work in an enviroment where there is air con...as my office does and germs get passed around so much. if it keeps happening insist ur doctor looks more into it for you

Same here, ive got another right now. So annoying.
The older we get the more our bodies change. Maybe you're around more germs than usual too.
try a new doctor. you may have walking pneumonia.
Are you getting enough sleep? Every time my husband travels and doesn't get enough rest he gets a cold.
I've had quite a few too. Its the irratic weather we keep getting. take lots of vit C and eat chicken soup. And wrap up warm!
