What does a weak stomach mean?!

Question: I think I have it but I am not sure: If I see something nasty I won't be able to eat for a long time. I can't see someone (it's really hard to explain) for Example I can't see someone peeling glue of their skin (you know how sometimes glue gets stuck to your skin a little) stuff like that. If I have a weak stomach how can I get over it?

Haha avoid working in health care for one. Exposure would be the best method..although the hardest. A weak somache is exactly what you described, its more a society/culture thing then a medical thing. Good luck

you sound normal to me! :)

drink a lot of tea, specially chamomile

to me it means you dont like to see hurtful--painful--injureous things and if you do you will turn away and mabe your stomach will feel quizzey

It is actually a mental thing. When you observe things that you perceive to be unpleasant it makes you feel like you are going to throw up. As you live life and have to experience unpleasant things your perception of them changes and you don't see them as being as bad as you thought they were going to be. For example : Put some glue on your skin and let it dry and then peel it off. You will find that the experience wasn't near as bad as you perceived it to be. The more times you do it, the less the thought of it will bother you.

Life experiences will slowly make your "weak stomach" become less noticeable to you as you get older, because things you experience will not bother you later like they do now.

I don't think you can get over it,my brother can't stand the site of blood and that also includes TV shows dealing with blood,ER,MASH,etc. It makes him gaged to the point of throwing up!
