Sinus problems or something else?!

Question: I've been in stressful situations lately, 3 deaths of loved ones,my brother died at 38 from a heart attack.. Dad went into mental hospital, my mom worries about everything and tries to control my life even though I don't live with her...My Girlfriend has been giving me crap over stupid stuff...All of a sudden I started seeing like spots, or aura's then got a nasty headache. It happened years ago when I started having panic attacks and sunk into the darkness of depression..I went to the ER twice, and they said I'm healthy and sent me home...The pain is on the left side around the eyes, and I blew my nose and it hurt like hell...Blood came out and that concerns me..I don't want to go to the doc again to be dismissed without an answer..Can stress cause sinus problems? Please answer if you know anything about this...I'm already on two medications, one for depression and one for anxiety, so I've been down that route with no help...Thanks

I understand what you're going through, I had and have the same things happen. But after 20 years of it, the doctors never help. You have to learn to live with it and learn to live without the pills. I think the pills cause a lot of the problems. The good thing about the ER, even though you are scared shirtless (otherwise you wouldn't be there!), they make you believe that it is mostly in your mind, you won't die from it!!!!!!!!

Sounds to me you ned to find a good doctor and see him/her ASAP

It sounds like migraines, I am sorry for all the losses and stress is really hard,,,But I do worry bout your nose bleed, is or if it still bleeding ,I would go to ER or find a decent Dr. which is hard to find anymore. Hope you can get some help soon.

that is a lot to bear. It does sound like migraine, but if it is in infection this can help.
It won't hurt and may give you some relief to just be feeling you are doing something too.
this is for sinus infection and kills bacteria
you need

distilled water
sea salt
liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.
in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature.
add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.
using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.
Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.
The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don't get rid of them all.
Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.
Then do it once a week for maintenance.
There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me.
I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.
best wishes
