Very normal, i ave usually 60 - 70 heart beating, but 45 kg ?? aren't you very thin???
Whe we dont eat enough protein and viatmines, body goes to muscles, even to herat muscle, that's why all anorectics died after sometime, bcs even teh muscle os the heart disapear... so tragic and sad and same time stupid....

inderal causes bradicardia or slowing of heart rate. 58 bpm is not alarming.
