check for allergies, asthma, wheezing problems
could be dust allergies

start drinking hot/warm water
try hot water+honey+lemon
try hot water+honey+ginger

if nothing helps
start taking Cod liver oil capsules
also chinese herbal medicine helps

allergies maybe.

Sign of Ashma

probably due to allergies go see a doctor or your local gp

Columbian flu maybe??.........

the season for grass pollen has come early this year.....could be that, if you have itchy eyes that is another clue toward allergies

Dust can get irritate you nasal septum which can cause your nose you run. so you could try dusting or going outside were dust is lower and see if that helps.
I had the same thing and i went to see some one and she said to stop eat diary (like milk and cheese) and it worked.
If i eat loadd of cheese my nose will be runny the next day.
Hope this helped.

Common Cold and Runny nose are common disease. If you are allergic to specific food, specific scent or smell, pollen grains anything may cause this.

So it should be identified and those things you try to avoid.

These all allergic reactions may be due to your poor resistance power. Check it up that also.

Other reason could be there is more plum in your chest which is occumulated. It might be trying to comeout.

Esnophill content could be high also. So better have a thorough check up and treat yourself with good doctor.

:-)

for me it wass some dumb pollen from a flower that grows pretty much over the entire region in where i live. so when i went skiing, i never had a sniffle. Kinda wierd but thats the most likely answer, and if you're like me theres not much you can do about it except hope it goes away. It went away around the age of 16-18, don't remember
