well in the emeregency room they wont give you vicodin if u don't have someone driving u home. me on the other hand, it does not make me sleepy. I feel wide awake when i take one. that is a 7.5.
I would not drive if I was feeling a bit drowsy at all, from drugs or from lack of sleep. It's irresponsible and can get you or someone else killed.
But especially with pain killers, they may impair your judgement and reaction time in addition to making you drowsy. It's not a good idea. I'm probably being a bit more cautious than most people, but I'm very aware of how damaging a car can be, and how it can end someone's life.
If you are drowsy even just a little you should not drive!! Just don't do it! Get someone else to do it for you.
if you don't have a tolerace to it, which it doesn't sound like you do, don't drive.
its not safe at all.
