well its not that healhy, but my mom would make me toast and that always was easy on the stomach

If you have the flu, you will most likely throw up anything that you try to consume. Drink water to stay hydrated, however; you will most likely throw that up as well.

Open a can of soup, or if you have someone that will go get it, get the chicken noodle soup from Chickfila.. its amazing. anytype of soup is good. or toast. or crackers.

I would go with scrambled eggs, apples and crakers.

Anything you can hold down. Soup is great especially veggie soup so you're getting all the good stuff in an easy to stomach package!

I agree with Elana, canned soup is easy. read the labels, make sure you choose a healthy one with low sodium.

Chicken bullion in boiling water. Maybe throw in some rice and veggies.

Drink sprite or canada dry, something that is not to syruppy with carbonation, it will help soothe your stomach. You want to keep meals light, more like you are snacking. Soda crackers and toast are good. Stay away from citrusy stuff such as orange juice, it will make your stomach even more upset.

Rice soup.

The rice must cook quite long and the soup must have a lot of liquid in the end. So you need about 6 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. Most people add chicken to the ingredients (in case you do, get rid of the skin and fat first). It's delicious and healthy!

OATMEAL!! Can't recommend it enough. Nice & hot, and very good for you!
