I can scratch my throat with something in my mouth :S...?!
Question: i dont know what im doing
but now my throat is really sore, feels like its bruised or something.
anyway, its a bad habit and it usually comes with my dust allergies.
im using something in my mouth to scratch the top of my throat,
-i cant do it when my mouth is open
-it gives me an ear ache, and stuffy /itchy/runy nose.
any ideas !=( ?

I don't have any ideas but I do the same thing! I thought I was the only one!
