Is there something that's bothering you? Because I believe those are the symptoms of anxiety! Try to talk to someone, whom you can be honest with and can give you good advice!
I don't know what you have, but you need to seek help.
Have you told your parents? You really need to see a doctor.
If your parents won't help, see the school nurse. She will help you, or point you in the right direction.
Has there been any big changes in your life, that may cause these things to happen. Big changes can certainly cause all of these.And you are going thru Puberty, which could also cause some of these. I guess that would be all that I could think would cause these things. sorry I could not be of much help, but I do not think you have anything serious wrong with you.
