Does anyone else have a fear of vomiting?!
Question: i am terrified of throwing up. i take meds and go to theropy. do you have any kind of phobia? if its vomiting like me, help me cope with this.

i know exactly how you feel. my boyfriend is sick right now (stomach bug) and im TERRIFIED of catching it. i get really nervous all the time because its all i think about. like yesterday i didnt really eat anything because i was scared of having to puke it up. i know i sound realllyy weird but its true. i get so nervous about throwing up that i actually start to feel nausious. i need help. i HATE worrying about this all the time cuz it seems so silly, but its real. especially at night

It scares me too. I used to faint when I got sick to my stomach. I don't know if it was because I was soo scared or what the deal was.
