I can't sleep!!!?!


Question: It's 11:30 pm where I am. I went to bed at 9:30, because I have swimming tomorrow @ 6am, and dthen school after (am in high school) but I just got out of bed now, because I can't fall asleep. Suggest me anything but reading (am dyslexic and that will cause more trouble than relaxation)? Please, I need tricks on falling asleep when you just can't!

put your hands together. let your fingers touch your other hand.

like, your right fingers touching your left hand and vice versa.

you would feel the movement of you pulse . lie down in this position. and everything that will come into your mind will be blocked by your pulsebeat. it will get attention

until such time that you will feel relaxed and thats it. you can sleep. dont sleep with radio , lights and television on.

i havent sleep for almost a month so dont ask me.. kewl im dyslexic also im in high skool

ps. try sleeping pills, lil music, classical:( works best
