There are N/A (narcotics anonymous) meetings, that help some.
you could call your local United Way office, they can refer you to programs... if she will not go for treatment, you may have to call child protective services... that would be harsh though. You could get taken away from her if you are under 18. I would talk to her about going to the doctor to get a prescription for something like an antidepressant, to help her deal with the withdrawls she will endure. Call these people:
