smoke a blunt

Have a great big juicy joint.

I find Mr. Jack Daniels' elixir calms me down. I prefer to take it with 2 shots and no chaser. Then I'm good!

Do not take with other medication or before operating machinery.

Marijuana.

Of Course, alcohol is always a crowd pleaser.

There are no quick fixes for anxiety unfortunately.

Deep breathing always helped me and telling myself over and over again that it will pass soon and I will feel better again.

I used to get anxiety attacks daily about 9 years ago and never went on medication for it. Now I get them maybe once or twice a year and still do the above to get through it.

Some times you need a little help to get by so don't be afraid to ask for medication from your doctor. My sister takes them and is much more happier now then ever before.

if you find one, let me know~!

Okay, I'm a speech teacher and of course this is the question I get everyday. What I do is give myself 4 swift but moderately hard punches to my face. But most people don't find that a fun method. What this does is fools yourself into pumping adrenaline a whole lot more, as if you were fighting now. And when that happens you don't seem to care about anything else.
If that is not your thing, say whatever happens, happens; if you mess up or things go wrong take it as a lesson, if you do it well or good things happen keep it up. One day you could be the one telling other people how to do the same.
But in the end, I say go for option one, if you are too worried about what will happen give yourself something to worry about now, the following problem won't seem so bad. Plus, how hard can your other problems hit, I'm sure you could hit harder.

For me I listen to music I love, nice and soft or great and loud, depending on whats bothering me. I play it soft if my feelings have been hurt by someone else, I play it hard and loud and dance to it if I've done something stupid or someone has done something bad to me or if the bills are piling up, the kids are driving me mad, etc; etc;
Whatever you enjoy doing is what you need to do when you are feeling anxious or stressed out.
Sometimes even laying down with my feet elevated higher than my head helps. Be sure to close your eyes and force yourself to think of a good old memory, this would be a good time to play that soft, low music!!
God, bless and good luck!!
