What are the symptoms of Ulcers!?!
Question: I know they are mainly caused by stress.
But what are some symptoms..like how would i know i for sure have one...
And do they cause any other problems to happen to your body?
I think i might have one..all i know if random shoots of pain come into the top of my stomach up into my chest..like sort of like how I would think a contraction would feel..but ive never had a baby so i dont know exactly...and ideas of what it could be..oh and my stomach is really bloated too...its weird

Some stomach ulcers are asymptomatic. The symptoms of a stomach ulcer can include:
Abdominal pain just below the ribcage
Indigestion
Nausea
Loss of appetite
Vomiting
Weight loss
Altered blood present in the vomit or in the bowel motions (occasionally)
Symptoms of anaemia, such as light-headedness.
A stomach ulcer can be caused by a variety of factors, including:
