Do you ever just get weary of your body?!


Question: I am too young to feel so run down (25). How can I feel better? I exercise and eat well but just always feel yuck. I think I stress too much, I have stomach ulcers and migraines.

you should get a complete physical to rule out any medical conditions. stress can do a number on a person, but there are so many other things, not all serious, that could be doing it.

Well, constant stress will certainly erode your energy. I might recommend making some time just for yourself each day...difficult if you have children, I realize--but some time to sit quietly seems like it will help you. Perhaps meditation, or even just taking some time regularly to sit with some trees might help reduce your stress level. From what little you've mentioned, it sounds like stress is the main problem you might be having.

I do not get weiry of my body, not sure what that means, but I do get run down, as I try to do too much, mostly by helping others and too much of my own to do also. I do worry alot, but not to the point of getting ulcers. You are young to have these problems, but if you worry too much, it can wear you out and give you Migraines and ulcers. If you exercise every day,and eat a heathy diet you should not have those problems often. Excercise is the best thing we can do for ourselves, as it helps us mentally and Physically.It also gives us more energy. I guess if I felt that way and lived a healthy life, i would consult my Physician. He can guide you in the right directions.
