Medical experts guesstimate that each of us "gets cancer" 6 or 7 times over the course of our lifetime. Fortunately though our immune system is able to deal with it in time and most of us don't get sick. Cancer is a very tricky thing to treat.

Actually, cancer cells are present in everyones body. So I guess that's surviving.
