Take a sinus medication and drink plenty of fluids. It's your sinuses backing up and/or draining.
You might have impacted ear wax/water in your ear. It sounds like swimmer's ear. You can easily get stuff at the store to unclog it. I have directions below. My brother had that happen suddenly to him and it took a week to get it back to normal.
I had it so bad that I had to go to the doctor and get mine irrigated...they flush it continually with water until the wax comes out and then it's all good :)
