if everything is relative only be a few who had sex before and after they were circumcised wouldn't know the answer to that question. From what I know having the end your penis always protected by that piece of skin would naturally the skin underneath would be much more sensitive . I could not imagine a woman would know the difference. From what I heard there is not all a lot of feeling on the inside of their vagina. On the outside yes.

I have been with both types and I honestly don't think there is a difference.I don't have a preference either...it's basically all the same.Doing oral is quite different because of the sensitivity for the guy...either way..a penis is a penis.!!
