Ouch its soo sore?!
Question: I have had a headache for the last three days which I have been treating with NUROFEN but I woke up this morning feeling particularly under the weather, sore head, salivating alot and a particularly sore throat. I had a look and the tonsil on my left side is huge and red, it has two small white lumps on it. The other one is normal. I also have achey eyes. What is this??? P.S temp is only 37 degrees so normal

Sounds like a sinus infection, which is now infecting your tonsils and throat. My guess is you need antibiotics, but try to gargle with Listerine or Chloroseptic and get a good decongestant.

Sounds like you have some kind of infection and a fever.
Sounds like tonsillitis, at least the swollen red tonsil & the white patches (which my Dr told me is pus - gross, eh?) You'll need some antibiotics. Not sure if the headache and salivating are something else entirely as I didn't have those with tonsillitis the many times I had it.
I agree with the first person. It very well could be strep and seeing the doctor is pretty much your only option. It might be mono as well, but your best bet is seeking medical attention.
The white lumps suggest tonsilitus, I had it a few months back and i got the headaches too, Go to your doctor and they should give you some antibiotics if it is. To reduce the swelling of your throat you can swill with salt water (if you can stadn the taste).

most probably u have got common cold wich is a viral infection so u have to take rest and sleep will take Panadol Extra.....and don't forget to revise ur doctor

Sounds like a throat infection. Tonsils sound infected. Call your doctor as you probably need anitbiotics. Hope you feel better soon!
sounds like some infection, take 2 ibroprofen and 2 paracetamol together it always gets rid of my headaches! get to docs asap for some antibiotics
