Who's public bathroom is the most unpleasant, Men's or Women's?!

I don't like public restrooms period, I'll hold it as long as possible just to avoid using the filthy things.
I think it depends on the type of place you are at.
Of corse if you are at a womans clothing store-Its more likely that the girls bathroom will be cleaner.
Yet, at a bar I have found out the bathrooms can be disguisting in the womens, Im not sure about the mens, never went into them!

I think mens ( no offence) my brother always leaves the toilet seat up it is disgusting and he always tells us to spray freshener when we have. well he needs to so i hope he see's this answer.
