May drinking grapefruit juice on a daily basis cause stomach ulcer?!

It could...but another issue would be how the grapefruit reacts to current medications.

I don't think it would cause an ulcer, but it sure might irritate it, since grapefruit is full of citric acid. It can be irritating even if you do not have an ulcer.
