Going to the party threw off your sleep schedule. This could take a little bit of time to get back to normal.
You may not be sleeping as deep as you think. Is there anything bothering you or stressing you out lately? Little things like that could play a big part in how restful your sleep it, and you may not even know it. Simply worried about being tired tomorrow could provide you with an uneasy night.
Is it being tired or fatigue? If it is taking over your whole body, then it could be something more then just being tired.
Make sure you are eating right. That helps a lot in not feeling tired during the day. And activity. Make sure you are getting some physical activity everyday.
Limit coffee, soda, and other caffeine infused beverages, especially in the evenings. Use these only as a last resort..and know that once the caffeine wears off there will be a crashing period.

could be chronological stress. Look up the book below for help; if it doesn't work, go see a doctor.

As a precaution get yourself checked out for diabetes, especially if you feel thirsty.

I know it sounds crazy but are you getting enough excersise?this can help your sleep pattern.
Women need more sleep than men, but if you get too much it can be detremental, making you feel very lethargic.
lack of Sunlight,? not enough healthy food, ? Slightly Anaemic?
Could be many things, I get S.A.D. syndrome due to lack of sunlight, a light box may help if this is the case.
Good luck I hope you find whats causing it, as feeling lethargic all the time sucks.!

6 hours really isn't enough sleep. Are you congested a little or does anyone tell you you snore. You could have sleep apnea & not be aware of it. This would make you feel tired in the AM.

I find that if I sleep too long I feel really crappy in the mornings. All I want to do is go back to sleep! But really if it is a major problem for you that happens a lot you should see a doctor or sleep clinic.
They say kids need more sleep than adults, usually around 9 hours, but for older people the say between 6 & 8 is plenty.
If you eat just before you sleep it can have detremental effects as well. Also you really need to be in bed and sound asleep well before 2am (or 3am?) this is when your bodies cidandium rythyms ( your Body Clock ) does its work. For the night owls who stay up all the time, their rythyms become out of wack and their metabolism will then slow down and this will put your body into the "what the hell is happening ?" stage and because its confused it doesnt do what its supposed to.
Talk to your Doctor is really the best advice I can give you, you never know, you might think that you are sleeping soundly but actually have sleep athnea (?sorry about the spelling) , thats when your body forgets to breath for a few seconds and then jolts itself back into action, I have this problem and had it for some time before my current partner woke me one night to tell me that I had just scared the sh... out of him because I wasn't breathing! It is something that can be delt with, but get it checked out.
Good luck

Stop goin 2 parties andcatch up on sleep

It is very possible that your iron levels are low. Go to your doctor and get him or her to take blood tests and send them off for examination. I had the same problem and the tests found that my iron levels were very low.

Some people need more than 6 hours. Some need like 8 hours. I am a rarity. I ususally function very well on 3-4 hours sleep. But then I have rarely slept well.
