Always tired, have a high heart rate, and have hair loss?!

Question: I am fixing to be 19, and I am in good physical shape, always have been. But, I am always a tired person too, and my heart rate is always extremely high all of the time to the point where it feels like a panic attack...and to add to that, my hair is always falling out! I have alot of hair, so I don't have like bald spots or anything, but alot of it does fall out. I don't know if all of these symptoms together have to do with one certain thing, but I am just curious as to what the problem could be and should I go see a doctor or just not worry about it?

interesting, what's your weight like? can you eat ok without putting on weight? i'm an intern. you can mail me if ya like.

It could be stress. However, it's best to go to the doctor to get yourself checked out. A high heart rate is called a Tachycardia. See your general practitioner first, then see what he or she suggests. I wish you well.

Yes, you should see a doctor. It maybe anxiety, hormones, or an endocrine problem to name a few.

Get your thyroid function checked.

You may have a thyroid issue. Please go see your doctor and tell them all your symptoms. Other symptoms that sometimes occur, but not always, are recurring dry mouth, dry flaky skin, and panic attacks.

you should go to your doctor and get your thyroid checked out, if it is overactive it can give symptoms similar to what you describe, it can be treated easily with medication,

but more than likely you are maybe just a bit run down and stressed at the moment, try relaxation, yoga or just lying in a bath listening to soothing music,

it is also likely that you could be anemic. you should take iron pills and see what happens. heavy and/or irregular periods is one cause of anemia. i take women's one a day vitamins, which has 100% of your daily recommended iron in take. i would go to the doctors to get blood test done just in case. your neighborhood planned parenthood can do it for you at an affordable price if you dont have insurance.
