For those who have had surgery to get rid of your double chin: was it worth it? !

Question: even when I was skinny, when I would smile I had this double chin thing going on and I hate it. My sister and mom have it too. I am gonna have it done within the next 5 years. I just want to know what to expect, and if you liked the results.

I wish I knew. I want to have it done too... that and have my chin shortened. They both run in my family: the long chin and the double chin. I hate it so bad.
