Oh girl! Go immediately and get pure cranberry juice.
Also get goldenseal/echinacea capsules. Bypass the stupid antibiotics, you'll wind up with a yeast infection since you're already behind the 8 ball. You can't really OD on this stuff, but for the next 3 days OD. I mean really infiltrate your system with this stuff and you'll be all better in 3 days, just do 1 more day for good measure.

I know that if you drink cranberry juice, especially 100% juice (which tastes quite tart) it help. It flushes you out and will help prevent you from getting another one...
Nothing over the counter will help. All you can do is wait or go to the ER if it starts to get really bad.
