I think you smoked tooooo much today. What have I told you about telling on yourself. Love, honey

If you think those children are at risk then yes! A phone call to employer and a drug test suggestion may be in line but also think if her job performance was affected then they would have gone through the process already.

If said person is a drug attic and you know this for fact, you have concrete evidence report the lowlife skank, She would not be messing with my children if I was aware of her chemical abuse problem

you must already know the answer to your question, you must report this if there are disabled people involved, those people cannot care for themselves, I do the same kind of work, they need protected from drugs and the people who do drugs. You should report this to the agency who employs this person and also to adult services where you live, so they can deal with it and maybe even to the local BDDS office also.

Definitely. That's vey irresponsible of her. You can go the registry who employs her. Because, eventually, the authorities can take her employer's license away for a daycare ( if one here is in existence); for child endangerment. I'm sure if it's your child ; you might not appreciate a person like that to take care of your own child.
But be very careful. Make sure you have good solid evidence e.g; you witness it.

Only if you have proof, otherwise, it's just your word against hers. How did you find out about this, usually people do these things in private. Is this an ex?

i have always hated a snitch! but in the case of kids with spinal problems and a person who is doing meth, i would go to the parents and tell them that the worker (you think, unless you have proof) is on meth. those kids are depending on a person that should have their mind 100% clear. when it comes to the spine one wrong move by the alleged meth head could paralyze them for life. i would suggest to the parents to give the girl a urine test. if she refuses then they will know. you might also help the girl that could be on meth. have you ever seen what that stuff can do to a person? i have. it is NOT a pretty sight. let that whistle blow.
