Yes.
1. Dress really warm so that your body can use as much energy as possible into helping you recover from the cold.
2. Drink lots of fluids.
3. No sugar! Sugar lowers your immune system.
4. Take some extra vitamen c to boost your immune system. Ginseng can also be a big help.
5. Cut up some onions and fry them in a little bit of oil. then boil them in some broth. Eat it! You will feel tons better right away.
6. Fresh garlic and black pepper are fantastic when you are sick.
7. Neti pots or saline solution in the nose work great.
8. Gargle salt water. It will do wonders for your sore throat.
9. Try making a hot foot bath. Put some peppermint essential oil in it and some salt or baking soda. This will draw the sickness out of your body and clear up your nose and head.
10. Get lots and lots of rest!
Hope you feel better soon!
