Can I have Insomina at age 14?!


Question: Well I have never, ever been able to get a good nights sleep, i toss and turn for hours and hours untill usualy about 3 in the morning and then i finnaly fall asleep, but keep waking up. No matter what i do it seems i cant fall alseep, and if i do it takes for ever!!! Im perfectly healthly and have no medical conditions.

What can i do..?

Absolutely. I did, and still do. Get some help now. trust me it doesn't get any better and if you wait until you are 25 like me, all those sleepless nights start making you look old!

lay off the caffine and try to eat as healthy as you can for 3 days.

i mean like REALLY GODDAMN HEALTHY FOOD!

when you get a good diet you feel better all around, it helped me sleep better

stay off caffeine, dont eat just b4 bed, drink warm milk to make u drowsy

Too many hours in front of tv cpu and video games? Try jogging or working out to let off some energy.

Yes, you can have insominia at age 14. Talk to your parents. There are medications that can be prescribed for you.

more activeies in the day time like execise or something

Make yourself tired during the day by not having any naps or even taking up some sort of active sport. I mean a very active sport that completely tires you out. Try and wake up as early as possible and stay awake throughout the day as long as you can.
This should do the trick.
