Any experience in this operation??!
Question: im having septoplasty and really nervous, does anyone have any personal experiences they are willing to share about this or any one you know that has had it? im really nervous and hearing from people who have gone through it is better than hearing from a doctor. thanks x

Its not too bad, but the things the docs don't tell you are.
1. You can't breathe through your nose when you wake up.
2. A few bleeds after the op
3. Its uncomfortable, but not bad pain.
4. Nasal stuffiness takes a few weeks to get better. its not instant.
5. No external scar
make sure you have a really good doctor that was near the top of his/her graduation class (really some people get seriously injured(scars or bursting organs) and some have died because of bad surgeons)
