Maybe you aren't getting enough exercise or eating properly.
That could be anything you should see a doctor and tell them about those syptoms could be the flu maybe?
maybe the game ur playing is getting u all worked up and stuff? like iv had monents when playing wow or even having a fall out with someone i would get in an argument with someone my face would get warm cause i get over worked. ya kno?
