Am I actually sick or is through tiredness and stuff?!

Question: Im been really tired and easily stressed in the last few weeks.+ Anyway, yesterday I got really tired, and almost dizzy and my head was feeling weird when I moved it.
And my throat felt a bit scratchy for a while, but then it just went away.
But I didnt feel that bad.
And then I went to bed, and woke up and felt a lot better.
But my stomach was bubbling, but I often get that when I get stressed.
Now, I feel a bit dizzy again and my stomachs still bubbly, but I've eaten and stuff.
What shall I do? Is it just worry and tiredness?

This could be a number of things like low Blood pressure, anaemia, flu coming on, have a diabetic test
Have a thyroid check and ask is it in the family.
Best nip it in the bud before you faint some place I have had a very close shave and mine was just low blood pressure

I'm feeling dizzy to but that's because I didn't sleep enough.
Try to drink sugared drinks and try to consume more snacks that contains lots of calories.
Sugared things will boost your body and you can stimulate your body by practicing in the gym.
(I know it sounds weird to workout while you are dizzy but that will help you)
Hope I've helped you.
