Could these symptoms be related?!

Question: I've had a cold for maybe 3 weeks now, the standard coughing, runny nose thing.

Now all of the sudden the inside of my ears hurt, especially when I bend over, they feel like there is a bunch of pressure built up in my head and it trying to burst out though them.

Could these things be related or are they completely separate problems?

it could be related. If your sinuses are infected and/or filled with fluid they can cause pain and pressure in your ears.

Yes you need to see the Dr, this could lead to hearing loss. GOD Bless you.

yes
it probably is
i reccomend you schedule an appointent with your doctor
i doubt it is anything seroius

My guess is that you have fluid behind your eardrum from sinus congestion or infection. You need to see your doctor who will probably treat you with a round of antibiotic, decongestant/antihistamine. Sometimes they will give you a short round of a steroid if it is very bothersome or persistant.

no
