I feel like crap and wanna die?!


Question: Im not depressed but my whole body is all like sore and tired. My shoulders ache and I cant workout today because of it. I AM overweight and whenever I am in my house, I feel like I want to punch someone in the face! When the wind blows in my face, the little hairs from my bangs, which are shorter than my bangs (which I pinned back), Tickle my face which makes me want to shave my head I am sooooooo ANNOYED!!! HELP ME or i just MIGHT shave my head!!

You don't say how old you are, but let me guess that you are a teenager. As I remember back to my own teenage days (and even a lot in my youth; you don't HAVE to be a teenager to suffer this), many "little" things got to me, too. I was always angry for no good reason, and wanted to "punch someone in the face". All I can suggest is to go talk to a counselor; it doesn't have to be a shrink or anything like that - just someone you can talk to and sort out the underlying reasons that the hairs on your head annoy you. I will tell you that it has helped me a world of good, but you could also write what you just did to someone like Dear Abby, who could probably offer you much better advice than someone on here could. As for being too tired and/or sore to work out, I can relate to that, too, so let me just say that if something (like working out) is important enough to you, you can FORCE yourself to do it. Believe me, I forced myself many times, and I still do. But you know what? I am always glad afterwards that I did, because working out is an outlet for my own pent-up anger issues. And, if I may make this suggestion to you: Ask God what he thinks, too.

well if this is the way you feel today just take a bath and go night night hopefully tomorrow will be different

Wow, it sounds like you need some relaxing time. Take a hot bath, read a book. Do something to relax your body and your mind.

Yea, their right...Just find a calm place to release all your worries...even if its just for like 10 minutes...trust me it will help...although 30 minutes will do much better than10...

dont shave ur head u would regret it and get frustrated with it
umm ur just going threw a fase just idk try to work it out u got something stressing u out overworking u.
take a hot relaxing shower and listen to some sort of relaxing music tone everything out and clear ur head
