Start smoking again it's the only way

Take some pain medicine, then ask a doctor. Whatever you do don't start smoking again! You are probably getting these symptons because your body is used to you smoking, so when you stop, it gets out of whack

I'm cutting down gradually, ive only had 9 today and that is good for me...

Nicocure is a herbal supplement that will help you quit smoking in 30 days or less, guaranteed! http://Quit-Smoking.ze.cx

Id guess its you coming off the drug. You will feel better soon I promise.

The tablets the doc issues now have helped tons of people from work.

I personally went for the count to twenty rule (ten just didnt cut it). And drinking shed loads of water - and troughing fruit.

Good luck

try that gum. go to your doctor they can help you

Its not easy mate take my word for it i have been smoke free for 7 months and i still gag for a smoke and yes i got all sorts of things like spots, colds, sore mouth.Good luck

trust me it will get easier it has been nearly 10 months for me and even now after a meal i would like a ciggy but the craving only lasts a matter of seconds

been stopped for 2 yrs now, when things got too much for me I used to suck a 1mg lozenge boots make, it eased it but watch you dont over do them stick to no more than 2 a day and only when it "gets too much" and you would smoke otherwise

Take pain killers, and try and get as much fresh air and exercise as u can. Its just one of the side effects you get when you give up. You'll proberbly start having problems with sleeping. So excercise will help with this too.

Good luck.

There is only one way of stopping smoking. The slower the process the less likely the body will miss it.If you smoke 20 per day than remove one ciggie each day for 20 days, but to be really sure go to lower strength cig ie silk cut for one month to get used to it.then reduce down by half a cig per day for 40 days.the body will cope with such small reductions down to zero.Remember the slower the better.

Take something for your headache. Go rent a movie or clean house or walk around your neighborhood. Find an activity that will distract you from thinking about cigarettes constantly.

Be gentle with yourself. It's okay if you are a little crabby for a few days. Just don't kill anyone.

I sure know how you feel. It will get better. I promise.
Get some chewing gum. Don't substitute food for smoking.

And, for every waking hour that you don't smoke reward yourself. Put a quarter or a dollar in a jar. Then on your first smoke free anniversary, go buy yourself a nice present.
You'll have earned it.

i.ve just recently quit as well, for my girlfriend,my health conditions, and well, my furture kids. how i stopped was about disipline, and getting through it one day at a time. i first slowed down on the cigs a was smoking daily, when it got low(about 1 a day) i then stopped altogether. when i get cravings i would cug a bottle of water, drinking water helps you if your trying to quit smoking. smoking is usually a mouth fixation, so maybe try chewing some gum. but next, i took it a day at a time, and told my self, ok, i can get through this hour with out smoking. when the next hour came, i challenged myself again, when the hours became longer, into days, i would tell myself i can go today without smoking, then it turned to weeks, and now months. next for me will be years. and thinking of my future children helped me stop too, i wouldnt wanna be dying when my daughter is barely growing up, i NEED to see them grow up.
