How do i know if somethings infected?!

Usually, the infected site will turn very red and it may have a white pus filled bump on it. Try pouring hydrogine peroxide on it, if it foams, then it is infected. Wash it very well in warm soapy water, and loosely bandgage it, try to keep it dry. When it starts to feel itchy take off the bandgage and expose it to warm sunshine and fresh air.

If they are red, ichy, swollen, leak fluid, warm or tender to the touch, they could be infected. Also depends on what kind of spider bit you. Clean them will rubbing alcohol and go see a doc for an anti-biotic.
