I have swallowed toothpaste, and there is nothing wrong with it. Unless it is foamy, it is gross. That is why you're not supposed to brush that long.
We all swallow some after we brush. It's in our saliva.
I've swallowed toothpaste, never listerine (not yet anyway). They say to put a pea size amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush not only because it is "just the right amount" but because it is a good amount and if you swallow it, it isn't as harmful as a large amount. A little shouldn't hurt you, but contact poison control if someone swallows alot.
OMG....I hate listerine!!!!!!! It makes me soooooooooooooooooo sick! I never swallow my toothpaste....I only swallow what taste good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Listerine.. just a few weeks ago.... I was running late after I brushed, somehow my dumb@ss swallowed some, ugh... nasty!
