they say steam your face...warm up some honey and put it on the problem area's for 15 mins then rinse it off...and splash your face with cold water....you can try it...or lemon juice...

Salicylic acid will get rid of some of them. It's an active ingredient in several kinds of face washes. Additionally, tretinoin can exfoliate the skin and slowly remove blackheads. Go see your dermatologist and see what tricks he's got up his sleeve. Generally blackhead removal takes a few days or more. Don't try to squeeze them out. You'll stretch your pore and it'll leave you with a very visible pore in the future, which isn't very cosmetically pleasing.

wash your face, Neutrogena Light Face soap bar works wonders. I have had really bad breakouts lately. and Clean and Clear pads. One side is exfoliating beads, one side is a moisturizer.

dab lime juice to the affected area with a cotton ball, or steam your face often, if you dont have a steamer, you can turn on the shower with hot water and close the windows in your bathroom and sit in there for like 15 minutes, also.. try epsom salt with water. the usual solution: wash your face at least twice a day or whenever it gets oily

Go to your drug store and get some of those nose/face pore strips. Absolutely amazing, they're the only thing I use. They get rid of everything right away, all the gunk comes off on the strip.
don't use soap when you wash your face for one month. use noxzema deep cleansing
cream, wash off with warm water. this also has moisturizers.
