Take her to the Emergency Room if you think she needs to go. They are open 24/7 and treat things like this all the time(I work in one).
This being Sunday night, they may be a little busy, but not too bad, at least get a nurse to triage her and look to see what is going on.
Is there a fever?
And of course it being an Emergency Room visit, payment is not required on the date of service. EMTALA federal law.
God Bless you

a fever is never good... you should def. call your pediatrician

no...take him to the doctor he may have asthma

Doctor, doctor, doctor. Go to the doctor!

First of all, after 18 months you should probably refer to your childs age in years instead of months. If your child is 33 months (almost 3 yrs old) teething is pretty much done with.

Keep track of her temperature and keep tylenol in her and don't bundle her up. If she seems to be acting kinda unusual then she might be getting dilusional and you will then have to make rush her to the ER.

at 33 mos. shouldn't she already have her teeth? call the doctor - especially if the fever is high

You should really call a doctor, don't rely on info here to take care of your childs life. It could be a number of things. This is something you should call your doc about right away, just to make sure.

I have never heard of this. Check her mouth and tongue thouroughly to be sure she doesn't have any sores in her mouth. This could be the reason she is biting her tongue. Also, be sure she isn't dehydrated. With a fever it is very easy for a baby to become dehydrated. It is important that you give her plenty of fluids including pedialyte to replace her electrolytes. I sure hope your little one feels a whole lot better soon. If her fever gets higher take her to see her pediatrician as soon as possible.

Why are you on the computer instead of rushing your child to the doctor? FOR GOD'S SAKE, SHE MAY BE ABOUT TO, OR IS HAVING A SEIZURE. Get off the computer and take her to the emergency room NOW.

Take her to the doctor

Is it possible she tried to swallow something & is choking?
If you think this is a possibility...lay her on your lap with her on her stomach...with her head overhanging a little. Pound on her back between her shoulder blades & see if it makes a difference.

Otherwise, I would call 911 or drive her to ER now. She may be having a seizure caused by her fever.
