I have an eating problem...HELP?!


Question: i think i am 145 pounds, i am 5.8 inches, i am in grade 7 i am 12 years old and turning 13 this year in june and i am fat(you can tell y my weight) and tall and i eat too much. i don't know what to do, i have this empty feeling in my stomach and i have to eat even though i just eat a little while back. can somone help me. Also, can it be a healthy, organic(no chemical products, try no products at all), and cheap way. plzz HELP ME.

You might need to go to a doctor as he needs to check you out for Cholesterol and other problems that you might be getting because of your weight. As for your over eating is it the only thing that you have in your life? You need to get a balance. You should be eating to live not living to eat. Have you tried a sport or joined a group that might go some places with. I know that it might be hard at first but you need to change your life style or you could be in trouble with your health. Have you a dog that you might be able to walk? Ride your bike if you have one? You have a lot of life to live and now should be the best time of your life. Enjoy and be happy.

i am 11 weigh 140 5.2 you will grow in to it

what i would do is drink a lot of water an feel full then only eat your three main meals but still no junk

I was 5'10" and 220lbs with a size 44 waist in the seventh grade. I am now 6'2" 190lbs and a size 34 in the waist. Exercise, you will change. Must exercise now, don't wait.

it's puberty. i was bigger in 7th grade. once you hit puberty, you'll feel less of a blob (something i thought i was in 7th grade) and it'll play into your shape of being a teen. i also reccomend that you find a sport that you like to play. i ran track in middle school & loved it.

At 5'8 your ideal weight would be 156 lbs so 145 lbs is OK.

What you could perhaps do is to replace your binge eating with bingeing on fruit as fruit is low in calories and helps to fill you up.

In view of your binge eating it is actually amazing that you only weigh 145 lbs at 5'8.

As you are a young growing boy it is actually amazing that you are so tall already. Your growth spurt has come very early and you will probably reach 6 foot or even a few inches more.
